This website is your central resource for all information about the Foxborough Master Plan. This update builds on the foundation of the previous plan, incorporating new data and community input to guide Foxborough’s growth, sustainability, and development over the next decade.
The process is led by the Town of Foxborough in partnership with the consultants at Weston & Sampson. The planning team is analyzing historic trends, current conditions, and projections for the future, while gathering public input through workshops, surveys, and focused discussions with community members.

What is a Master Plan?
A Master Plan is a strategic document that:

Foxborough’s updated plan will balance growth, sustainability, and quality of life, ensuring that our Town continues to thrive for generations to come.
STATUS
The project is currently in its initial phases, with the planning team conducting an existing conditions analysis to better understand Foxborough’s strengths, challenges, and opportunities as a foundation for the Master Plan update.
TIMELINE
The planning process launched in December 2024 and is expected to complete by the end of 2025.
